The client.

PramFox is a high-end baby gear boutique located in Singapore's prestigious Raffles Hotel, offering personalised shopping experiences for parents including babywearing fittings, car seat installations, and pram servicing. The boutique carries premium brands such as UPPAbaby, BABYZEN, Buggaboo, Ergobaby, and Nuna.

What we did.

Our mission with Pramfox, a premium baby gear boutique, was to create a seamless digital experience that not only drove ecommerce conversions but also encouraged enquiries about the high-end products on offer. Given the considered nature of these purchases, we knew it was crucial to establish trust, provide value, and leverage the added-value services Pramfox offer in order to position them as the go-to authority in the online baby products market.

To achieve this, we began by resolving deep-rooted technical issues that were hindering the website’s performance and search engine visibility. From improving site speed to resolving crawling and indexing errors, we ensured that the technical foundation of the site was robust and fully optimised.

Next, we reimagined the website’s information architecture to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience that search engines would also reward. By restructuring key navigation paths, advising on categorisation and keyword mapping, developing new collection strategies, and crafting new content across both commercial and informational areas of the site, we achieved topical authority whilst also making it easier for parents to find exactly what they were looking for—whether it was the perfect stroller, car seat, nursery furniture or baby accessory.

To build Pramfox’s authority in the competitive baby products market, we knew we would have to channel a great deal of our energy towards off-page SEO. To this end, we executed a strategic outreach and link-building campaign. By consistently earning high-quality backlinks from trusted sources in parenting, lifestyle, and retail niches, we amplified the brand’s online presence and reinforced its position as a premium retailer.
